This notice explains how Luxury Transfer Milano processes the personal data of visitors to www.luxurytransfermilano.it and of people who contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

2. Data we process
- Data you give us through the forms, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, journey details (dates, times, pick-up and destination, passengers, luggage, flight number, preferred vehicle or category) and anything you write in the notes.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and times, recorded in the server’s technical logs.
- Cookies: see the Cookie policy.
Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) in the forms unless they are strictly needed for the service you request.

4. How we process data
Data is processed electronically by authorised people, with security measures designed to prevent loss, unlawful use and unauthorised access. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Recipients
- Our hosting and email provider, appointed as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
- Tax and accounting advisers, to meet legal obligations.
- Drivers and qualified transport partners, only for the data needed to provide the service.
- Google Ireland Ltd, for Google Analytics statistics, only if you have given consent.
- If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy.
We do not publish or sell your data.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (for example Google) may process data in the United States. In those cases the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
- Enquiries and quotes not followed by a booking: 12 months.
- Data on booked services and tax documents: 10 years, as required by law.
- Server technical logs: as long as needed for website security, normally no more than 6 months.
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.
8. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing data is optional, but without the fields marked as required we cannot answer your request or provide the service.
9. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw consent to statistics from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. To exercise your rights, write to info@luxurytransfermilano.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
